Jamón Ibérico—one of the most interesting cuisine in the Spanish regions; it is like the Beluga caviar or Kobe beef, the latter is like the same of its kind. Until this recent time, this kind of cuisine is unavailable in the U.S. But as the time goes by, the first Spanish producer, the Embutidos y Jamones Fermin was officially approved by the U.S. Government to export Ibérico to the countries of United States.
