Tapas—this is a cuisine which is not only enjoyed in Costa Brava but through the entire region of Spain. It is a national pastime with a traditional Spanish cooking. Paella—designated as the national dish of Spain. Most of the Spanish people considered this as a glorious rice dish which originates in the region of Valencia particularly on the Mediterranean coast. The name Paella got it from the pan where it is being prepared, the paellera. Paella is traditionally cooked outdoors, over the open flame. There are various opinions what goes into Paella and what really Paellas have in common, but the best in common about Paella is the short-grain rice.
Jamón Ibérico—one of the most interesting cuisine in the Spanish regions; it is like the Beluga caviar or Kobe beef, the latter is like the same of its kind. Until this recent time, this kind of cuisine is unavailable in the U.S. But as the time goes by, the first Spanish producer, the Embutidos y Jamones Fermin was officially approved by the U.S. Government to export Ibérico to the countries of United States.
